I need to evaluate your level of exercise readiness by assessing your motivation and commitment.

During our initial interview we may begin with a discussion of past experiences, appreciation for exercise, availability of support, time management and organizational skills, and potential obstacles that may affect exercise adherence.

During our initial interview, we will assess our compatibility, develop goals, and establish a client–personal trainer agreement.

My initial assessment process should be viewed not only as an assessment of your physical condition but also as a gauge of your attitude, outlook, and perspective.
